MEET OUR LEADERS

Founder Lyn Stout’s passions were always rooted in hospitality and experiences. She’s built layer upon layer an unconventional skill set working with sponsors for an around the world sailing competition, planning events all over the globe to help transition former weapons scientists and catering for royalty and media elites in some of DC’s most prestigious homes.
Her struggle to find meaning and a connection with what she was good at and feeling good about the work she was doing clicked when she realized that her superpower was creating environments where people felt comfortable tackling difficult subject matter. Her passion is still marrying substance with mission and creating live brands for organizations that are truly changing the world for the better.
